 The 2 El 80M yagi required the construction of the 45 Meter South Tower. The installation of the yagi occurred in Sep. of 2003. Two full days were required for tuning the antenna on phone and CW. 2 El 80M yagi boom. The boom is 5 inch 0D in the center. This is the portable electric winch bracket that clamps to the tower base.

Another view of the antenna ready for a hand operated winch at the top of the South tower. This is the Prosistel PST71 rotator that is used to turn the 80/160 mast. The yellow object is the torque absorber.
